The 2024 Renovations Are Nearing Completion!

Construction and remodeling through the summer of 2024 represented a substantial upgrade for the House. Two major projects are nearing completion:

Second 3rd Cellar Egress: This project constructed an exit on the Union side of 1501 Sage similar to the cellar exit outside the kitchen. Only the sidewalk connecting the main fire escape with the Union side sidewalk remains to be completed. Egress progress photos are found here!

2nd and 3rd Floor Bathroom Remodeling: This project completely redesigned and modernized the 2nd and 3rd Floor restrooms and bathrooms. Unisex bathrooms will be built to enable a coed environment. The bathroom are in full use but a few small closeout items remain.  Bathroom progress photos are found here!
